if you're anything like me, 1 night. if you're anything like my grandfather, never. i only just got him to start calling at 7:00 on saturdays when he needs help with something. otherwise he calls at 4:30-5:30, i see the name, and dozens of potentially traumatic things flash through my mind.

i gave up a long time ago because the prerequisite material to watch it was too much.

*i also avoid star trek and star wars for the same reasons. i don't care about back stories or comics. i just want a good action movie.

Any and all of those Marvel movies can be watched as a stand alone action movie. You only need the continuity if you care about such things. I watched them all in a totally random order and wasn't baffled.

my hours for the last 15 years have been around that time as well. but i still sleep in at least till 9 every chance i get. i also routinely stay up till at least 11-1 most nights now.

it was worse when i had an office job-- i got heavily involved in FPS games and building car modifications and would routinely stay up till 4 in the morning doing 'something'. too much energy not doing anything all day.
