@ineedboost, if you ever plan on fabricating custom diffusers (for example, the exhaust cut out left of center for the JDL car back) let me know! Your work looked excellent.

I mentioned a monthly central meet somewhere with @markzellers today and @nelsmar a while back. How much interest would there be? Marin and I thought about something like the gastropub he frequents.

Mine could possibly be up for use next week. When do you need one?

He said he'd email me with the absolute lowest he could go but would aim for that $419 marker I authorized.

For customer serivce, they are definately there for me. But I've already pushed pretty hard on this, so I am willing to sit back and be patient. If it happens, great. If not, it's as good of time as any to sit back and save.

UPDATE:: phone call from open flash. The gave me a vendor discount and then waived shipping. Total price: $419.00 shipped to my door. I did explain to then I really appreciate it but am just as well waiting for a group buy through our local community because I know and trust the product. I also explained I didn't want to take advantage of anyone either.

"We would rather have you in our product for the price you're willing to pay and capable of affording, than to see you settle down the line."

I know I am going to love this product, and I can't speak highly enough for thier customer service. I just can't help but feel like I overstepped my bounds. Buyers remorse but only because of how it all went down.
You got a great deal don't feel bad, even I cannot pull that price I tell everyone the price I pay is their price mainly because I am not in this to make money from the OFT, now the K-Member I'm making for the LS Swap that I might make a little money off of, same goes for the headers, trans mount etc but in the end I just want to give people a real swap option like RX7 and RX8 owners have as 8k for a swap that's no where near as complete is ludicrous.

Anyway enough rambling on my end, nice score you will enjoy it, wait until you try E85 you will think the gas tune is fun until you try that.

@4azcats has the stock header with the cat punched out and a custom exhaust and he has fun but that setup on E85 would be one I think most anyone would be happy with the results of. I would like to see it on a dyno to be honest.

Thanks again.

This being my first tune since Hondata back in 2001, I expect a full 40-50 before it's solid. I am going to borrow some of the OTS 1.1 tunes and some of Shiv's work I was given access to by another member. Basically, the air coming into my car is going to cause some slower gains percentages. The longer the air is in the runners, snorkle, air box, ect. the smoother it gets. Being I have a cut snorkle and a loose sealed aem intake... I was told it will be a bit more torque and a little less HP.

so where I was shooting for 15% total gains, I think I am going to dial it back to 9-10% and call it happy for pump fuel.

I'll dyno whenever I can afford to get 2 pulls. That way there is a solid stock vs OFT tune.

My BRZ has been at differnt Carmax locations for 6 months! Maybe $23k is a little too high?

I do miss it.. but mostly it's just sad to see it so dirty and getting beat in the elements on their lot.

Prime Motoring is building a 1000hp + AWD Fr-S. If you've not checked out the build thread, this is it and it's pretty sick. RB20DET powered

Just the typical cat-back. For me specifically, I am replacing the gaskets that connect to my Over pipe. @BrianJ and I ordered together to save shipping and he's doing front pipe, I believe.

they were like $4.75/ea
