GT86 argentina log, need opinions!

so this is my log

http://www.datazap.me/u/dejxx/gt86-a...a?log=0&data=1

I really dont know much about reading them, so i humbly ask if someone can give me an input, or if there is something you dont like on the log. I have the OFT+OFH combo, plus Perrin Inlet tube and drop in filter.

This was made with 98 oct fuel (argentina)... im constatly traveling to Brazil, which has terrible fuel (25% alchol in it)... will try to get a log of that later.

As i explain on the log, in the end i did a test to log a wierd behavior my car has at around 180kmh. Im full throttle, and when i get to that speed, the car stops accelarating for around 1 sec, and the comes back on... you can see it clearly in the end of the log. I appreciate any input on that one...

Also, a question for @Shiv@Openflash, do you think i need a custom tune to run different fuels, taking this log as a baseline? thanks!

I would say yes you need to customise your map for fuel that shite.

You can log road speed if you want to show us that. I can't tell where 180 is on the graph. Speed limit fuel cut is 310. You don't happen to be in the torque dip at 180 are you? AT or MT?

this log was with good fuel, do you think its OK? i have little to no knowledge on this matter... but reading a bit, all parameters seem to be around normal... my AFR seems to get into the lower 11s, dont know if thats a problem...

its an MT, 6th gear pull, you can see it in the end of the graph... there is a full throttle pull that has a drop in accelaration... (i was at full throttle thou),its around 286-288 seconds.

Here is the offending bit enlarged

http://www.datazap.me/u/dejxx/gt86-a...zoom=2559-2948

Something caused 8 degrees to be pulled from ignition timing dipped from 28 degrees to 20 for that period.

Throttle is is unchanged so seems unlikely it was traction control as I believe it usually reduces throttle. But maybe for short durations it just pulls timing. ??

Their is a small dip in KC Learned but only 0.4 degrees this is probably due to engine load reduction from 1.2 to 1.0 ie the ecu just looked up new values out of the table due load change, as the timing was removed so it appears it was not knock.

IAM=1, their was a drop earlier in log to 0.97 but appears to be due to some minor knock lower in rpm range.

Looks weird does not appear to be knock, possibly traction/stability control intervention was the road smooth or ant bumps undulations ?

does it again here lower in rpm range, bit of knock evident then pulls 8 degrees, weird

http://www.datazap.me/u/dejxx/gt86-a...8&zoom=578-788

bumpy road or dirt on road causing loss of traction ??

Is the speed cut repeatable and consistent whenever you hit those specific speeds, or does it happen randomly? Does it happen even when you're on the usual 98 fuel, or does it happen only when you fill up with the Brazilian fuel?

it happens consistently. Everytime i perform this test (around 10 times). Road isnt the best, but its not THAT bumpy. I dont think, or feel, that the traction control its doing this... and ive never really felt it on lower speeds or rpms... just on that speed (always around 180kmh on 6th gear).

as for the tune itself... do you guys thinks its working on safe parameters, or there is something off?

Gracias!
