In regards to ground clearance, it does sit low, but the lowest portion is in line with the tires, so dips should not be a problem. Our BRZ is pretty low and we did not scrape once.. well the exhaust that is haha

Their mid-pipe will be full titanium and should be available at the same time as the cat-backs, their overpipe and manifold will have a later release date. I know the manifold will be stainless and I am not 100% on the material of the overpipe, let me see if I can get more information for you
