Exhaust Choices for FI

Hi everyone,

I am planning to get AVO turbo stage 1 sometime soon and am looking for an exhaust that would pair with it. It's not going to be aggressive tune but I have longevity in mind. What sort of exhausts would you recommend?

I am looking for:
- Nothing loud - preferably near db rating as stock (+10 or so)
- No drone
- Low rumble sound of the boxer

I been looking at the HKS Hi-Power Spec L, heard it on youtube but would really love to hear it in person.

I heard the perrin 3" one in person and that one is loud but bearable.

Also heard the Takeda one with mufflers already... but that one is way too loud.

Not sure if that would give you guys enough info, but please ask if I am missing something.

If you're going FI, please get a 3" exhaust system to receive the most from the turbo. Call me obnoxious, but I think the Tomei Type 80 is the best for turbo'ed 86's.

I would highly recommend the invidia resonated front pipe + invidia q300, it'll give you the closest DB to stock without being too restrictive. i ran this with my turbo kit for a while and there is zero drone at all RPM, it made the car sound stock again haha except when you start spooling. but if money isn't a problem go with the greddy cs gts ver 2 limited for a better tone, still not loud. I've gone through about 6 exhaust setups so far and i'm pretty content with my setup now, perrin over pipe, evs front pipe non restonated catless, greddy cts ver 2 limited.
