You should be proud of your preschool diploma. Sure, you got it by sleeping with the teacher, but nobody knows that when you go for a job interview.

You should respect that, and you shouldn't insult it without knowing what my curriculum or research is.

That's rude.

Except, you know, when they dedicate it to dumb stuff. Which is why that bothered me.

In other news, the renasaince club at my school is currently sword/shield/axe fighting outside. so, there's that.

EDIT: I wish I was playing with them.

Well, well, well. Look who's gotten all judgmental. I bet you wouldn't say that in person at a convention for the National Association of Marlon Brando Look-Alikes (NAMBLA). I should think not!

Remember meeting the "old lady" that was my kindergarten teacher ata reunion when I was about 21. At that point in time was maybe 38 or so and really hot. To my 5 year old mind she had been a shriveled up old crone when my teacher.

All my posts were jokes on your other posts! And a great opportunity to lay it on the engineers in the crowd.

B.Arch from Cal Poly.

Haven't seen too many architects here. They're probably all still at the office (or in the studio if they're students)

or driving black/silver/white VWs, lol

No, no, put the popcorn away. I'll go ahead and formally keep it from going too far. I think.

@jsimon7777, I shouldn't tell other people what to do in a social situation. Forums and the internet are for fun, I just happen to take my work (and academia) pretty seriously. Should have separated those two. I don't like it, but I suppose that just means we have no off limits

And I should remember what a PhD sounds like to people who aren't inside of your study. it can sound quite ridiculous, and often does. Hell, sometimes it down right is. I have read a few academic articles where I was like "WTF?!"
