2013 Scion FRS throwing P1262 Code Questions.

Hello all, I have read some of the threads on the issues of fuel injector codes p1261-p1264. However most of them are with OFT flashes or tunes running E85. I am bone stock with an exhaust (UEL Headers, over pipe, and a Invidia cat back.) Still have the factory mid pipe with cat and resonator. No tune and run premium 93 octane fuel.

Car:
2013, Scion, FRS, MT
48k miles.

What is going on with this? I am still under my warranty and have taken the car to the dealership to fix the P0019 code issue. When they said they "Fixed" that issue it threw the P1262 code, the dealership fixed that saying it was a Ignition/Injector ECU issue, and even had to straighten the pins in the harness to get it to work/not have throttle response problems.
Any information would be helpful.

Side not the dealership has stated that the modifications with the exhaust is not the cause of the problem and has nothing to do with it.
Thanks, Cheers.

HP Injector, wiring, EDU or ECM. One of these is the issue. Since it occurred after they performed other repairs to the engine, I would check continuity of the wiring for cylinder 2 high pressure injector first.

Thanks for the response, that is what I was thinking myself considering the work that had been done previously. Just got it back from the dealership today and they said that the pins in the harness were not making a great connection. I myself being an automotive electrical technician was like ok cool, pin issues are sometimes a problem, lets just hope they don't come loose again. lol.
