When I was in socal, there was a house with a 7-car garage in a neighborhood where most houses have 2. My dad enjoyed pointing it out on our walk.

I'm hoping it is just new engine woe's. Fingers and toes crosses. After I get the cooling system replaced I'll let her run for a good while and burp. Really hoping it just needs a good running. That being said all sensors seem happy!

It took my car 50-100 miles to settle in after a swap. I think old fuel tends to aggravate the crickets even more. Seems like I am still burping the cooling system though on this one.

I'll have to go digging to find photos but... my father built an extra wide 2 car garage and then a few years later added a five car garage to the back of it. It housed 7 cars, two motorcycles, a WW1 aircraft engine and tons of spare parts.

Anyone here have an All Season tires on their car? If you do, what kind and how you enjoying it? How do they handle in the cold (30~40 degree temp)? How do they handle in the heat (over 90 degree)? In the wet?

FINALLY got my new wheels and looking to put all season tires to use as a Spring, Summer & Fall set. Currently looking at Pilot Sport 4 & Pilot Sport AS3+... but wanted to hear some of you guys feedback.

Yes.

Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 Plus Tires and again here.

They are "eco Touring" tires and perform very well in the scenario you outline without any loss in MPG over the Primacies. I've been very happy with them as a commuter tire.

I have just installed Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5, they have a very high wet rating. Only done about 20miles so far, first impressions very good, they aren't as crashy as the Primacy.

LOL actually my Dad had a little black turbo Daytona when I was a kid. Until my little brothers came along and then it turned into a Subaru station wagon... Anyway it was the under 3k lb sports car of back in the late 80s/early 90s. I guess the AE86 was around then too but although it was lighter it was 50hp shy of the turbo Daytona.

I had the AS3+ on the FRS. For daily driving through 3 seasons they can not be beat in my opinion. They do start to get a bit dicey around freezing though and are not much good at all when much below there. Heat and wet are about the same as many summer HP tires.
I will be replacing the stock tires with them again once they are worn out.

BFG gforce comp-2 a/s is my "winter" set, but I had them before I got a summer set of wheels. They are a bit heavy, but pretty good year round in terms of grip and responsiveness. I would say they are more of a consistently good tire as opposed to best outright performance in some condition. They seem to handle cold weather of the temps you are talking about well. Not too great in snow though. They will make the car go in it, but there are better all seasons for snow IMO.

Good to know. Yeah, snowing or when it gets before 30’s, I’ll def be swapping em w snow tires. Just here, Spring & Fall temperature is so dramatic that, summer tires aren’t really smart ideas.

I’m not too worried about the snow. I have set of snow tires just for the winter. Just Spring & Fall here, temperature changes dramatically that’s summer tires isn’t a good option, that’s why I’m looking into All Season option atm

My weather conditions are pretty much exactly the same as yours and I have found these to be the perfect compromise street tire for 3 seasons.

Yeah, that's what I've figured plus I got few friends that's in same kinda weather condition said the same. I wonder if AS4 is equally good as AS3+. I'm assuming it is, but you know, that "+" is always make thing better than without one lol
