They are 8.5! I wanted to go with 9, but my car was stock at the time I got them and they wouldn't fit without modification. These should do fine though.

Track event this weekend. Was very happy with how the brakes felt compared to the prior event (CSG CP vs Stoptech sport, and Endless 650 vs redline 600). Now wanting for a bit more grip but need to decide what direction to go in. Will likely leave that for next season as my tires will not be worn down for quite awhile.

Bled the clutch too. Good bit of dark contaminant accumulation at the bottom of the reservoir for only 4k miles. Takes a good number of pumps even after a more then thorough bleed for the clutch to start feeling normal. Wonder if anyone's tried the slave cyl mod on the 2nd gen.

Do you have the active sound control disabled? I like how my STI muffler sounds without it. Not hugely different than stock, but more refined.

I don't have it disabled, but I do have a header and overpipe so it's a little louder than the ASC. Barely, haha

Installed a JDL Ultra Quiet frontpipe today, I found a gasket that works to adapt from 2.5" frontpipes to stock midpipe, which is nice

Walker 31398 fits perfectly with no hassle, but does have a smaller ID (which is about the same as the stock midpipe anyway)

If you want to dork around cutting some of the gasket's built in metal flange that fits into the frontpipe, a Walker 31554 "fits" as well if you cut away most of the metal ring so it only has a few tabs left to center it/support it in the front pipe. It seals fine and all, just know it's a bit of a hassle up front for essentially no benefit. The other gasket wasn't available locally to me so I did this

That is very quiet at idle and has a nice rumble once you rev it. Very nice.

Hey mate, they’re just the wheels from my 86 for now. Awaiting the new ones. They’re made by Koya here in Australia. Function over form really - pretty light.

Dealer said the disabled the ASC when I took it in for the recall week before last.

I can't tell a difference. But the Remark Elite drones like crazy inside car which is probably why I can't tell.

Yesterday I slapped in the ACE 350 I had from my 2020 and started tuning with Zach at CSG.

Drove to work after doing ARP studs yesterday to accommodate a bit more spacer for the new wheels.

Created my own little "one-off" side skirts today. I used to have just the STI Spat reps, but I didn't like how it was only a spat and didn't flow with the STI front lip.

So I bought a lower skirt on eBay, got them painted, then cut up my replica spats and mounted them together. Took like an hour, but all in all I'm pretty happy with the end result!

Now we have a lip kit that flows with the STI lip and is finished off with the STI spats perfectly. The shades of black are a little off, so I'm going to get the spats painted the same shade black, but yeah! Happy with it.
