Saw a white frs with aftermarket rims and a "003" light gray sticker on the driver's door getting pulled over by a cop at the corner Nogales Street and San Jose Ave (right at the construction zone) in Rowland Heights at 5:10pm on Thursday October 9. Poor guy:
 You could see barely there is a "003" sticker on the driver side:

Spotted an OEM white frs with spoiler parked in front of TenRen Tea Station at the corner of Valley Blvd and Lemon Ave in Walnut at 7:30pm on Thursday October 9.
