Wet day today. Fairly clear 3-lane highway trip to work this morning. Saw an FRS that looked to have crashed into the guard rail. Unfortunate. Rough morning for that person and a totaled FRS.

as perfect today as it was 6+ years ago when new. The BRZ never gets boring and never fails to be a great “modern” era version of old school inexpensive reliable and FUN to drive Japanese sh*t boxes (:

Never thought I would have some content for the subject.

Yesterday out for an easy drive following traffic with a slow passing car on the left,
Right lane just clearing with a car leaving on the exit and this Tesla which I had not noticed approaching
at speed on my left decides to test out my Scarlett’s PP braking and my old reflexes,
Half a car pass was deemed sporting when cutting in traffic round here.
He went direct to the right lane in front of a Transit van that had caught up going at matching speed as well.

Was hoping to see both of them in the wall or stopped by police,

Some screenshots off the dash cam footage for entertainment.
(Objects are closer than they appear!)

Dealer plates (X licence plates) can be used to:
loan a vehicle for fewer than 6 days
perform test drives
replace a vehicle under repair

.. Too bad there was no dealer sticker to identify the test driver!
I would have made an effort to make his skills known!

Did not crash and seats stayed clean.

I just bought an air horn last month any ideas on how/where to install?

Front bumper has some space if you alter the intake.

But you will need a relay harness if you didn't get one with the horn.

Last time I had an air horn was in ’79 in my first civic.
Was given by a friend from his 128 Fiat Hatch that he had wrapped around some road signs a week before his weeding.
Placed in the engine bay pointed towards the rad & wired direct to the OEM horn terminals it would freeze up in the winter...

I have found a source for one of those.

I suspected behind the Bumper would be the only place for the install on this one.
Even with my sound tube removed under the hood looks undesirable.
Unfortunately a loud horn does not erase the stupid moves people try but at least my frustrations will be heard.

there's some space on the inside of the quarter panels just under the hood on either side, but i didn't like the idea of it being mounted there that the metal hood/quarter panels might muffle the horn. easier install, but compromises.

Crossed into the States Monday at noon. Have been enjoying the mountains for 2 1/2 days now. Lots of stories but most of all 2400 kilometers and have not crashed.
Here's the roads I can remember that we've done so far. Some several times in both directions.
