Where do you guys buy your oil? Specifically, Redline 0W-20.

I bought an OFT at the summer kickoff. Stage 1, still waiting for the pedal to relearn. Will try E85 after trying stage 1 on 91 octane for a couple of tanks. Redline is supposed to more ideal for E85 than the Toyota 0W-20.

Allied Auto in Fremont carries Redline oils but they didn't have 0w20 in stock when I stopped in. They had 5w20 so I picked up some of that. And mixed it with some 0w30 I already had.

Floor it more often. That seems to teach it.

Doesn't really get cold enough here in Cali to take advantage of zero-weight, plus it costs more than 5w-20.

Anyone know how to disable the FR-S monogram's recirculating air default. Gets annoying having to turn the recirculation button every time I start the engine.

Showing my fuelly tracking. Don't think I'm going to get any better than 37 mpg. I really wanna get 40, but that's not going to happen with traffic.

Other one is a frame that a coworker gave me. lol

wtf. Automatic or manual?

Best mileage I've gotten was 27mpg. Bone stock, K&N drop-in. I do have a really short commute with a lot of stoplights though.

I don't baby it, but I don't exactly thrash on my car either. Best mileage I got was actually going through highway 9 with the A/C on and a passenger.

lol, manual all the way. If I had the automatic, I'm sure I would have broken 40 mpg by now, but I gotta have a manual.

But with your type of commute, I would probably get 27 mpg as well (stock with K&N drop in as well, but mainly just freeway driving).

Those mpg are extremely babying the car with the occasional WOT when ever I'm getting near a semi truck (don't want debris being flung onto my car). So I do WOT daily.
