I'm just testing that setup, if it won't work for me I'll know for future And i was running 225 and 245 previous set up on stock wheels and it worked quite well. Also if you're right I still might be able to compensate for it by adjusting the swaybars.

Sway bars are the very last thing you should tune when trying to set-up a car. Trust me the car needs more front grip not rear grip.

Anyone got thoughts on running a 245/40/18 on an 18x8.75 wheel? There will defs be some meat to it, but any negatives this could cause? Understeer possibility? Love the meaty look just don't want to sacrifice drivability for it.

245/40's are slightly tall, so you might have problems with it depending on how low you are. Offsets matter. +35-40 you should be good.

Read the tire specs from the manufacturer. Every tire is made different. Not many people run 19's, but you should be ok if tire specs are reasonable. Offsets matter. Only real way to find out is go outside and check for clearances.

Should be fine @EdiVip. Have a look on the below link. These are the approved tire widths by our authorities for different wheels. They are conservative and if you scroll down to 19" you'll see it says the 255/30/19 are suitable for 8.5" to 9.5" wheels in the 19" size
http://www.lvvta.org.nz/documents/in...lity_Guide.pdf

These are guidelines for our country but as mentioned they are conservative as are the government approved combinations.

@koukiboss are you using natural camber? I had to raise mine and roll fenders from what it was on 245/35/18 to avoid baconing fenders and rubbing.
