So, what's the diagnosis for your shoulder? If that were my shoulder hurting like that, I'd go to a clinic tomorrow morning and get a big fucking cortisone shot, then let the regular doctor figure it out next week.

As far as your other problem, I'd go to any doctor (for now) and have them take a big fucking syringe and drain that sucker.

When we had to lay-off for covid corporate HR sent out a request for our normal headcount numbers compared to the total number of people still working, laid off, on vacation or on sick leave. HR broke it all out by category showing how many in each. They sent a nasty email back to her that they didn’t need to know how many were in each group just the total number of employees. She replied “see headcount”. They said they didn’t want the headcount numbers just the total number of employees. She sent the number from the headcount and they replied “see that was easy”.
All in all it was the same as your picture only a real life application.

The new dilemma is that I can get a brand new Pixel 3 for like $400 on Amazon right now, and get it Tuesday, whereas nobody can get me a Pixel 3a (at $300) until like Thursday/Friday. I'm sure this was decided long ago, but I don't even slightly care for flagship phones. Android needs 3GB of memory to work well with a buffer. 4GB is overkill. Flagship phones break just as easily if you drop them, and the components die just as easily too. Very happy with my 3a xl. It just does the job. Well, I kinda wish the headphone jack was on the bottom, but I understand why it's on the top, and I wish there was a memory slot and I'd like the moto apps. hehhee
