Headers and tune no doubt. I recommend gruppe s headers. Good customer service and quality product. E85 also if you have access.

Unless you just like spending money, just punch out your cat especially if it's just a street car.
Unless its a straight up track car and you need every possible hp and tq to beat your current pb, then, I would most likely punch out the cat and spend the saved moneyon seat time. 17+ headers respond very well to a hammer and screwdriver. Try it and see, it cost the price of 3 gaskets and a tube of goo. Opinions as always will vary. One disadvantage I see is you will not be a cool kid with a brand name exhaust, you most likely be just as quick as them though.
