If you do get tired of the drone/sound. I can provide sound clips from my setup
I'm running only UEL headers with an inlet hose and a perrin CAI.

I would also look into the cold start fix that Steve has in his OFT tips and tricks. It's extremely nice in the mornings and my exhaust is not loud at all, couldn't imagine yours :p

@steve99 For the overpipe issue, is it okay if I leave as is for now or will there be long term problems?

If the ltft are less than 10% it either isnt leaking or very small leak not effecting thinks.
if it just rattling on subframe of car its unlikely to anything worse than chip the paint, just touch it up when you fix it.

if your smelling petrol at the exhaust exit it usually means car is running rich. This can be caused by exhaust leak, the o2 sensor see fresh air with lots of oxygen, it thinks your running lean so ecu adds fuel to try to correct the perceived lean condition, you will usually see high ltft if this is happening like over 10%.

you will smell fuel as startup as the startup routine add a crapload of fuel to heat cats up quick, unless you tune is modded to remove that feature.

Do you mind checking my datalog?
This is 2nd gear pull. First time logging so let me know if i did something wrong.
When I completely let off the throttle and at idle, my LFTF is at -7.8. Which means I'm running lean, since I'm cutting 7.8% of fuel?

Let me know what you think

http://www.datazap.me/u/oliveruthio/...g=0&data=1-4-8

Edit: I can't smell my engine bay. Got hit hard by allergies today.

looks ok although the log does not show idle,

but ltft of -7 at idle is pretty normal it will vary due changing intake air temps

ltft positive or negitive does not mean its running rich/lean it means the maf scaling is out a bit and the ecu is correcting using fuel trims to get the requested afr.

have a read of the maf scale link below

Your car looks like it runs on the rich side but not badly, this is likely just maf scaling error due variation in maf sensors

looks ok to me, does not appear to have a bad exhaust leak.

That's great news! Thank you

Edit: Turns out it was -0.78% and I'm just blind.

So with finals out of the way, I was able to go back home and return to the shop. It turns out the headers were the culprit. The flange of the headers were banging against the skid plate. Now we're looking out for options on how to fix it. I'm considering cutting up the skid plate.

you might be able to just dent the skid plate rarther than cut it
