Same here, running the new template with the new lateral g/wheel spin logging but Adv.Multiplier is flatlined at 0 for the D00D Cal ID.

You can use MAF instead of MAFV and KC learned instead of adv mult and look up both the values in the rom.

After I updated to this new template, the OFT works correctly when plugged into USB but when I plug it into my OBD, it turns on, displays the small tablet icon, then fades to white. @Shiv@Openflash or anyone else - any ideas?

happens if power goes on/off/on to tablet quickly.

unplug it for about 20 sec then plug it back in should be fine.

I'll have to give that another try - maybe I did not leave it unplugged long enough. I also updated from the initial 8.0 to the 8.1 template, just in case 8.0 had any glitches.

@Shiv@Openflash
Interesting.

I noticed when I upgraded templates, when I first started the car IAM was at 0.85 (on 91 and E85, running E85 now, it's always been 1.00), but quickly came back up to 1 with a bit of driving.

After updating to the 8.1 template and having to wait until lunch to test, OFT came up perfectly to test out the new logging. @steve99 thank you for the tip - my brain is much less patient than an actual clock

@Shiv@Openflash Slight typo in the data logging: "lateral" is shown as "laterial"

Same thing happened to me. I pulled tune off of OFT and renamed it and put it back on and now all is well.
apparently it will work with "new" files but not old ones.

Is there anyway to create presets for the logging channels?
So people can switch between car logging and trackday logging.
