3-4 years away huh?

Guess I'll start saving cash not to buy one, but to convert my 12' 86 to turbo engine and STI tranny and rear axle.

If the BRZ STI gets a turbo engine, then it becomes legal in Australia to engineer the engine and tranny swap into the 86 which is the same chassis.

Especially to old farts. We've had a longer time to hear the same old rumours rehashed. Remember all the talk about the 9-spoke factory wheel upgrade? Pssshh, THAT never happened.

Or when they promised us colours other than black! Geeez how long was it before that came about? I had to pay 38 cents a gallon to mix up my own Luke Warm Lava!

How does the AUS government get away with being so strict? That's some man.

Probably 100 times more lenient than California!

No, in CA you can put any engine into any car as long as the engine is newer than the car and the emissions equipment is maintained.
