Just got the headers! Will be putting them on in the coming month. I promise JDL, you will get your headers back before March begins. . . hopefully.

Need to save up for about a month and a half till I'm ready to order headers.

Right now I'm torn between JDL ELs, JDL UELs, and Nameless ELs. Really not sure which to go with.

I don't think you'll go wrong with any choice.

I like JDL since it's a little less money and they have flex joints....i'm waiting on 3rd party numbers

UEL is less expensive, but would ELs be a better proposition for getting the best out of NA & SC?

If shane doesn't want to take the car back to stock before tuning his headers i'd be willing to offer my car as (mostly stock and stg1) to compare.

Depends on where you want the torque range and if you care about the sound. From what I've seen, UEL's attack the dip/midrange pretty strong and EL is top end. Either one you choose though, you can't go wrong. We're not talking huge differences.

Typically 4-1 headers make better top end power, and 4-2-1 make better midrange power. EL is better for flow, but like you said a good EL vs a good UEL isn't a huge difference (other than sound).

The flex joint between the collector and head flange won't help if the engine is moving on it's mounts, only if the header pipes are expanding/contracting at different rates than the engine block/head. There shouldn't be any other movement in that area.
