Example: In 2008 I said I wanted my STI with rear fold down seats and quad tip exhausts. My buddy said I was gay and that Subaru would never do that for the STI. Well guess what happened in 2011? However, did I know that was going to happen three years later? No sir! Now my friend be lookin' like a fool!

Damn, I just leased a Corolla because I couldn't afford the 10 series. Oh well, no point in crying over missed FR-Ses (is there a plural for FR-S?)

Negative. That color is exactly opposite of what I want. If I wanted a 10, I would just go buy a BRZ and choose the color I wanted. |

Those sneaky bastards... Welp, too late, I bought a BRZ. Had they offered this from the get-go I'd be rocking a Scion, granted it would have Toyota badging immediately.

Good luck with the Corolla, consider yourself lucky in the sense: 1. no worries about crickets 2. no worries about haters touching your car (or stupid posts) 3. you have a real back seat 4. people don't want to race you at every light By the time your lease is up it'll be the 10th or 20th iteration of FR-S. |

this is really good news for me.. i was dead-set on a brz limited because of the heated seats/mirrors and push button start.. do i need these things? no, absolutely not, none of my previous cars ever had either feature, but if i'm spending $25k+ of my hard earned money on a brand new car, they are features that i think would be really nice to have.
i like the headlights more on the brz, but from the reviews here, scion/toyota has better customer service, not to mention, toyota has a better-established perception of reliability, so i imagine the resale of the scions is going to be better in the future, so overall i'd really rather have the scion... i was planning on putting my order in in january/february, i'll have to see how this all shakes out..

I was thisclose to the BRZ because features to price the Limited was a great if it weren't the slimy dealers around here were playing games. Why would you immediately switch the badging to Toyota to look JDM or because Scion brand is undesirable? |

Leather seats? The only thing I miss by having a BRZ... dang. Oh well. Alcantara isn't half bad.

• Heated Leather Seats : I wonder if it's actually leather or the same as the BRZ (alcantara/leather inserts)
• Anti-Theft Security System :Not sure if I understand. Didn't the FT86 already come with alarm system? • Frameless Rear-View Mirror : Nice little bonus • Center Armrest : Wonder how it'll fit with the cupholders • Carpeted Cargo Mat : Not sure I get the difference with felt • Color-Keyed Rear Spoiler : Is it the same spoiler as BRZ? If it's pretty much the same as a BRZ Limited for about the same price, I would be interested for looks alone. Prefer the Toyota instrument panel/cluster. |
