LOL we haven't sold THAT many t-shirts and we don't have that many people interested. Best to just pick a track day run by another org and all commit to attending that (or a few). I know several of us will be doing events with either HOD or NCRC in the coming months.

This Saturday morning some of us will be going to the Inital D Reunion 2 meet in Lafayette. It starts at 9AM. $7 admission. Go to 86DRIVE.com to get more info. So whoever wants to do a short drive, we can meet in CV around 8AM and drive up Redwood > Pinehurst > Canyon Rd > Moraga.

Great write up! Sounds like that group you went with is great for beginners. I like the extensive amount of discussion/studying regarding best lines and track techniques, I'm sure that helped immensely.

Nice photos too of your race prepped BRZ. I bet it felt amazing with new springs and lightweight wheels. You should swap on that muffler delete for our 86 drives...

Hey any interest in a small white THill window sticker? I may order one from an online site. I tried to go to the gift store on track last time I did a track day there but they weren't open. I can order an extra and hopefully save some shipping.
I could use one of those stickers if you haven't ordered them yet

Anyone have any interest in doing a Mines Rd run??

I need to find out more details, but from what I understand it starts in Livermore and goes to San Jose, and takes about 2 hours to do the whole run down there. It's a lot of driving, so I can understand some not wanting to do this run.

I'd be down but camping this week and busy the sat after. Any other time I'm down.

Thanks! I definitely felt like I got my money's worth with all the coaching and classroom sessions we got. Learned a lot.

The car felt fantastic with the springs and wheels. And man I loved the sound coming from that muffler delete, especially when downshifting for a certain turn which would give me some excellent sounds every time. I even left it on for my commute, so if there's a Drive before I get my headers in then I'll definitely be running the muffler delete still.

Think you'll do a track day anytime soon? Maybe if we organize one with all the 86 drive folks?

I think if I do one, I want to do the same format of what you did. Something more informational, even HPDE-ish. How much did your event cost if you don't mind me asking?

I forgot that you were going UEL headers, looking forward to hearing that Subaru rumble! I take it you have sold your Perrin catback then?
