I do really like Ford's idea about boss 302, they build the car only with the normal key, when they reach the dealer flashes the ECU to add the ''race'' key no anoying buttons to press to try to cancel anything, just a key good and simple

I agree they should do that, it prob. makes the car non street legal but they can get away with it because it uses a different key and doesn't have to pass emissions with both keys.

I really wish they would put memory seats and memory mirrors. It's my biggest pet peave when someone messes my seats/mirror up!

That's why you never let anyone drive your car! LOL!

(Too many horror stories on forums about friends crashing friends' cars...)

see id rather have very light manualy adjustible mechanical seats than heavy arse memory electrical ones..
and its simple. DONT LET ANYONE DRIVE THE CAR
either that or remember how you adjusted it.. pretend its 1998 and most cars dont even have electric seats, let alone memory key seats

i never like anyone to drive my car but me and maybe my wife. I REALLY dont like valet, I have a friend that used to valet and heard some stories (granted not all valet's are like that but I dont care) and as for servicing it then you just hope they are careful and ya, remember where you like your seats lol if you drive it every day that shouldnt be a problem. as for mirrors I like electrical mirrors cause its a pain to adjust the passenger one ;-)

Oh one thing I would love is self adjusting side mirrors that angle down when you put it in reverse and back to where they were when you take it out. My friends Nissan cube has that and it's fucking genius.

Probably not in the coupe, but I have no idea. I'd imagine it wouldn't if the 370z doesn't have one either.

Cockpit:

- Ft-86 concept interior is amazing and with few modifications I pretty much want that.

- Comfortable, non powered, cloth seats, I have leather in my celica and its hell in the winter, I wear pajamas under my jeans just so I don't freeze and aside from weight, power seats adjust way to slowly for my taste...its annoying

- If leather seats I want them in white, if cloth I'll take black

- I like the zippered pocket system then used in the original concept because (they said) it allowed soft touch materials with a light weight. But I have hard plastics in my celica and never really saw a problem with them at all. As long as the steering wheel, arm rest(celica is hard), and door rests are comfortable I'm fine.

- I absolutely love the design of the shift-knob/shift-boot so Id absolutely love for that to carry over. Hell having that and semi decent speed would make this car an auto buy for me

- Concept I style steering wheel

- A double din (or space for one) stereo system so I can put an after-market gps system in.

- The dials that can switch tunes between eco, normal, and sport modes.

- Readout for mpg

- Analog rpm and mph, digital everything else. If the rpm and mph are digital they need to atleast LOOK analog.

- Idk what they are called, but instead of a key its just a sensor that you keep on your keychain in your pocket that knows when you are around and in your car. So no key when your close it automatically allows you to open your door, and when its in the car the push button automatically works. Like in the mazdas and the new genesis coupe.

Body:

- No sound deadening as I'll add my own

- Glass moon roof

- Oem Hids and Fog-lights that aren't led. It's not enough just to get rid of the leds, I want normal fogs like my celica...lighting is important to me.

- A toned down version of the II concept rear bumper, I HATED the first rear and that would be a deal breaker for me....or means I need a body kit.

- No external antennas

- A trunk so I can lock things in there and not worry about people breaking in.

- 17" rims and enough sidewall on the tire for the car to be comfortable on the non-track pack

- Equal or better hp/weight and please much better torque to weight ratio than the celica gts. I don't need a super fast car, but if the celica can beat this thing it wont feel like much of an upgrade.

- 2700lbs or less

- Rev matching

- But most of all a fun to drive car

-Dark Blue color Scheme Spectre blue mica/Carbon blue/Blue Blitz Mica or even better the LFA and ISF Pearl blue
-Liftback style Hatch instead of Coupe trunk D:
-A good Nav system option
-Glass Sky Roof/sun roof/moon roof option
-Cup holders that actually isn't located in bad places.
-Good Touch points
-WHITE/RED/ORANGE/GRAY SEATS Leather Option, or Alacantra and definitely Messed Cloth seats
-USB and Ipod support
-Bluetooth?
-Parking assist O__O
-Rev matching
-Good Shift Knob
-Easy to Read Dials, Or digital tach, none of those reflective glass crap that make it hard to read.
-Paddle shifters for the sequential Option.
-Black,Carbon,Gunmetal colored wheel as a factory option
-Fuel Milage gauge.
-If visibility is bad...from the back then rear back up camera option.
-Red... or Clear Lights option
-Fog Lights not just LEDs.
-Shift Light Indicators
-Start Button >!!
-Good Factory Alarm
-List goes on....

-Race Trim version with all the crap above removed. Just a light weight Race version and make it so that it cost lower not higher than a fully refined fitted one. No Air con, No Stereo, Roll up windows, cloth for door handles. I dun care as long as it's made just for a track in mind first example Porsche Boxter Spyder.
