I absolutely love handguns (especially revolvers). The Colt is a blast to shoot although it is a pain to reload.

The Franchi has been one of my more interesting purchases over the years. When it works, it is one of the most fun and most accurate shotguns ever made.

A-5's are great. While they might be one of the most reliable semi-auto shotguns out there, they do feel a little weird to shoot because the whole barrel literally moves back and forth when cycling rounds.

Okay one more and I'm done. This is when I shot for the Clemson rifle team. All .177 caliber Anschutz air rifles. I'm in the back so you can't really see my rifle, its a pink laminate stock. Everyone on the team called it "pinky." I just realized I may have too many guns lol.

I'm sorry, sometimes I can't help being rude instead of being polite like I should.

What that allows us are rifles and shotguns with a min barrel length of 18.5", a min overall length I've forgotten, and a max capacity of 5 rounds. (Except .22LR is 10, I think) Unless a rifle is specifically stated to be Restricted or Prohibited. Which leads to some interesting situations. AK47 is Prohibited (illegal except under grandfathered situations). But there is a CZ battle rifle that is basically an AK but with a better receiver and 18.5" barrel. So long as the 30 round magazines are 'pinned' to 5 rounds, totally Un-Restricted. Including folding stock ones... All the well know .50 BMG sniper types are specifically Prohibited (Barrett, MacMillan...) but the .50 BMG itself isn't. So you can legally get an obscure Steyr (I think) Un-Restricted. And now, no longer needs to be registered.

But a .22 pistol is Restricted (all handguns are) and can only be moved to and from registered gunsmiths and ranges?

Canadian gun laws... Silliness.

I took my course but haven't bothered putting my friends, family and co-workers through gov't interrogations to get my license yet.
i think minimum length is EDIT: 26" I have both UR and Restricted, gotta have a permit to carry a handgun to and from the range. PITA for sure. but i'm a long range shooter so my handgun is only for when i get bored.

Handgun: Colt New Agent 90 series in .45 ACP

i have 2 rifles: 1 .308, bolt action, custom barrel, Leupold VX.R 3-9X40 (hunting rifle)
1 custom built range rifle, Octagonal Barrel with large muzzle break, Chambered in .338 Lupua, Luepold FX3 25x40, good to 1580meters - longest range around up north where i'm from originally

1 mossberg 12 gauge

A steyr is unrestricted as far as i know.
