Same here. Mine was kinda sluggish for first 20 minutes of highway driving. After that, like new, actually better than new, felt more sensitive/twitchy/aggressive after that.

But it's related to the throttle pedal which is something we grown to be very sensitive to over years of driving
just got my oft and running stage 1. as stated above, the car just gets better the more you drive it. butt dyno very happy!

What kind of changes does the Stage 1 map have for the rev limiter, if any? I've heard the stock one behaves poorly.

heard that if you put the car on "On", without starting it, and play with the pedal (fully pressed / fully depressed) for like 60 seconds, once you'll start the car it will already have learned it's min/max

I'll have to reflash this weekend, and I will try this theory

What does the button Download LOG in Openflashmanager?
I used it and created a prolog file that I don't understand what use it has.

That's just for debugging. That file can only be read by us. And sometimes if a customer is having any issues with the OFT, we will request that so we can see a log of what he/she did and work out a solution

A LOG file (.prolog) is not to be mistaken for a datalog file (.csv).

All our OTS maps implement a "soft" rev limiter as opposed to the hard (i.e., bouncy) stock rev limiter. You'll know the difference the first time you run into it. Instead of bouncing back and forth abruptly, it revs will slow down smoothly as it approaches the 7600rpm limit. Makes for less engine stress and more driver control

Great to hear. Sounds like it was increased ~200 RPM too then?

Yes indeed. Raised it a bit. And reduced the hysteresis as well.

May be a bit off topic but how long did you guys wait from ordering to delivery of your tablet?

Yes I am already getting impatient and want to flash my car.

Since OFTs are usually in stock, most US customers get their OFT within 2-4 days of ordering. We don't like to keep people waiting for tunes

Pretty decently quick considering Vishnu is on west cost and I'm in Midwest (IL). I ordered mine on 2/17 and received on 2/22. I think there is a day added on there too while my local post office had it before they delivered.

Well looks like e85 mpg is pretty crap still. 16 mpg again almost exactly.

Highway mpgs look very good though I noticed my fuel needle barely move after 60 miles of hwy driving. Realistically I probably do more 70/30 hwy/city since I dont commute so that could be a huge dactor considering I was getting low to mid 20s on stock tune.

All in all its very worth it, for me.

Edit: p.s. still getting used to this and I pretty much rev it out each stoplight so yeaaaa lol...

But if you think about it, most E85 is close to E85. It does vary by area, but you probably are not going to typically see it below E75. That gives you a gallon or two in the tank still of regular gas (normally E10 + rest normal fuel) to fill up from regular to E85 and still be at E60+ for Shiv's tune. Flex kits are "a lot of spend for a little flexibility" IMHO. I'm not interested.
The only benefit I would see to flex fuel support would be not having to flash to different maps when you want to go from e85 to 93 and vis versa.... I say that cause yea reflashing only takes a few minutes to do but the whole learning process takes days or several hundred miles for the car to feel like it's at full power again =(
