Only suckers are going to buy the monogram editions. I'm personally waiting for the 2014 Scion FRS Ultra Mega Super edition II. It's rumored to come with a periscope, built in deep fryer (in the center console) and garbage compactor (replacing passenger seat).

Sounds good to me, I would pay for those extras.

Can't wait for our 2015 choices. I can't justify trading my car in at this point. I only have 2k miles on the car. Hopefully 2015 brings more power!!!!

Think of this possible scenario: Someone was waiting for the 10 Series, buying in no rush, picked it up, but now there's this. I wonder what @supra2nv has to say about this since he didn't seem to be in any particular rush to buy his FR-S that's now a GT-86 TRD.

How can anyone not expect Toyota to milk it? They haven't had a fun car since the Celica and these cars sell well. The Toyota line up is reliable but dull to the sporty car demographic. It's not like they dropped the price (that'd be rough) or more HP (that'd be a mind blower too). It just stinks these variants weren't available initials at launch -monospec is very lame.

It's like buying a smartphone, tablet, or 4k tv -the current model doesn't stay on top for long because bigger and better is right around the corner.

You guys are going to flip when they change the exterior!

And it'll keep happening as long as money is to be made. Look at the iPad, iPhones, and Android phones. Think of it this way, more OEM parts to customize your FR-S.

Pardon me for having already stuck my nose up at Scion enough to not give them enough credit to think they'd release 2 Limited Editions less than a year apart.

The head lights are nice and if they are the same seats as BRZ with the alcantara centers, Im okay with that too, but I really just want yellow paint option... But since I decided to go back to school, I wont be looking till at least 2015 model year anyways.
