We have started shipping out the new cores last week! We are currently waiting for more cores from Mocal. I have asked my production manager for a more precise ETA, and will let you know once I have that information.

Got the new core, installed it today, and it has a leak from the passenger side input/output, it's right at the bottom of it, small leak but a leak is a leak. I'll call Perrin on Monday, but if they don't send a replacement first then I'll send them the bad one, I'll be done with them and go with another setup. Getting tired of this.

I thought all the new cores were pressure tested by Mocal? Ugh...

Pretty sure that was the case with all the "old" cores as well.

Guess it's time to ditch Mocal and switch to Setrab. It's obvious they aren't pressure testing these radiators.

I am now under the impression that the reason why they painted the new core black is so it's less noticeable.

We will work on getting you a new oil cooler ASAP. The cooler that you received was in the new batch, we will work on figuring out what's happened.

Thanks Chris, this is Hooman, I talk to you today.

I just want to say, this is not Perrin's fault. Unfortunately the supplier is dropping the ball. It's very unfortunate because that supplier has been one of the best, something must have changed in their process, hopefully they'll get their act together.
