25/34 is automatic. Manual is 22/30.

There's really that much of a hit on mpg from the tranny? how far off are the gear ratios?

That's a heck of a hit right there.

Just emailed a nearby dealer, read this bull

I didnt see a phone number listed for you so we can discuss pricing on this vehicle. The BRZ is going to be very limited production, so there
will be a high markup on the BRZ at just about every dealer. Being that you are looking to order one before the arrival date, I will discuss
revised pricing options with you. My number is listed below so you can contact me at your leisure.
ahh this was a dealer out in the middle of bumville, NC. I refuse to pay a cent over MSRP... Good luck guys but I am starting get discouraged.

Man these dealers are really using the "limited quantities" excuse to the max.

I'm willing to bet some people will pay close to $30k when it's all said and done.

My first post, just to share some light.

FHI is jacking up production by optimizing current resources specifically to ensure BRZ is produced in sufficient quantities: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/fhi...pan-2012-03-02

That said, 30k OTD for top trim, top everything seems close enough to real life.

MAYBEEEEEE if you pay cash, add in interest charges and I'd expect a premium to be about 30k

Put down sufficient deposit, crew Subaru with their financing on this hot model and no VIP program, go to the local credit union and get pre-approved for 1,99% APR or less with sufficient credit score. Payoff loan within first year, assuming steady income.

How about that?

No need to worry. Whoever develops this staging site didn't include new URLs into robots.txt or no_crawl. Googlebot than is free to index everything. Its how the things are, and Chrome is not to blame.

OTD means nothing. Give me MSRP. OTD varies state by state. What about states like OR with no sales tax. OTD means nothing.

Well, you right. I'd be very happy with such OTD, considering that California in the mother of all taxes!
