Man, doing cardio after each workout is getting to me. I've been falling asleep faster at night, which is good. But my feet feel weird not to mention my legs.
Increasing to 5 days a week workouts seems little of overreach, I might stick to 4 for a little until my body gets used to it. I fucking miss bread. |
