I couldn't find the YouTube video I saw a couple of years ago, but the headliner is the easiest part. The cable can easily be pushed under it as long as you don't have one with ferrite beads on it. The biggest area of concern is making sure the wire does not interfere with the A pillar air bag.

If you mean the headliner, yes. If you mean the A pillar, no. That should be pulled off so the cable can be routed out of the airbag's way.

It is Vegas. What are the odds that the guy (you know it was) that took the pic was sober enough to notice wires?

OIC. Unfortunately, "Vegas weather" is getting everywhere. This year, it hit 110 even in my little piece of Hel... Valencia, CA.
