Why are you posting about Supercharger tuning issues in a Turbo thread? Sorry to hear it, but it doesn't belong here...

I spoke up because of this specific post. Toni has not worked hard, Toni has openly admitted to me buying other companies products and replicating them and then returning them. Toni also does not fully test products prior to releasing them. Toni also doesn't tell people all of the details. I had a severe fuel leak multiple times and go to the point that I felt my car was un-safe to drive. This took many, many, many calls, emails, text, and weeks of time to get resolved. So I'm sorry that I posted back correcting an incorrect post. And like I said, I will later be making my own thread with details of my experience with Toni, and other vendors. I was once in your seat trying to bat off the haters and then after fighting against the grain with my own vehicle issues when I specifically said "I am not comfortable with this, it is going to blow my motor" and then sending the text "I told you so". This somehow relates to the owners thread. I am an owner of many products that relate to the products in which your thread related to. Sorry if you felt it was a bit too off topic.

I'm just being off topic like everyone else hahahah please I agree to please get this back on topic. If you have problems deal with him personally send an email. Telling ppl on the forum is not going to help your case. The time it takes to write a whole page of "this and that" you might as we'll send an email to him personally call him and wait. But of course all my opinion. I should have new video of my new setup soon I got a gift for you guys woooo
Telling people on the forum simply warns others before they end up down the same path as someone like me. Fortunately I was prepared with the fact of what could happen and expected to some day replace my engine. It just happened a tad earlier than I would have preferred. And sending an email to Toni really does jack shit. I get told 90% of the time "Oh yeah just a min". "Yeah in the morning". etc. But this is going off topic, so... telling us to send emails is really not helping anyone. It took toni 6 weeks to reply to my last attempt of "wtf, why is my car leaning out". I got tired of dealing with it eventually.

Anyone that sees/reads this post. Message me if you want another, totally unrelated, source/review on the FA20club turbo kit and their installation/service.

I also have a build thread that I think is worth checking out.

For the record, I think its worth mentioning that I think my car with the FA20turbo kit has turned out (mostly) incredible with just some small problems. Mostly because I showed up with a 10 series FRS that had some difference that Toni wasn't expecting.

I have once again updated the OP to hopefully redirect some of the irrelevant posts. I am not going to pick on any individuals and will try to keep this broad as i can as to not offend anyone. I doubt that will be the case though as it never is...

As stated in the OP, my "vision" for this thread when starting was to provide a resource for fellow FA20Club Turbo Kit owners to share our experiences, builds, and dyno results (not dino results) between ourselves and potential owners. I made the grand assumption that comparing different builds, turbo choices, boost control strategies, and related information would have value for fellow owners. For the most part it appears this has been the case. I also made the assumption that visitors and owners alike would recognize that this forum (FT86Club Forum, not this thread) is structured so that there are dedicated sections depending on the content (DIY, Vendor Review, Classifieds for both members and vendors, etc...). If you wanted to sell a Perrin exhaust, would you post it in this thread or the classifieds? If you wanted to buy a Rotrex Supercharger, would you post that need here? Of course not.

Here lately this thread has turned into the "FA20Club catch all" thread, garnering snide comments from visitors that haven't purchased a thing from Toni and have no intention of doing so, as well as comments from others that have purchased non Turbo related products from him and are trying to rally support for their cause for their own benefit. Some just don't want to start their own thread in the vendor review section and update it daily to broadcast how much they love/hate a product. That is just too much work. They would rather infect a Product Owners Thread and let the posts of others do the bumping for them. Then there is the last but most important group, the actual owners of FA20Club Turbo Kit products that have valid support related concerns.

So, let's call a spade a spade and deal with the core issues directly. As I go through this please ask yourself on every point, "DOES IT BENEFIT THE TURBO KIT OWNERS?".

Issue 1: Visitor postings

Feel free to ask questions but please make every effort to stay on topic. This is supposed to be a resource for owners and random off topic posts just make the thread larger.

Issue 2: Non-Turbo related FA20Club customers.

Please consider the topic before posting. If you are looking to expand your existing investments into a Turbo kit then great! Several current Turbo Kit owners here have done exactly that and would be happy to help. If you are looking to provide vendor feedback on a not Turbo product, please take the time to create your own thread in the Vendor Review section (I have conveniently provided a link on the OP) or find another thread that is more suitable.

Issue 3: FA20Club Turbo Kit Support Issues

This thread IS for owners so if you feel that your issue would benefit other Turbo Kit owners then post away. Community benefit is what it is for! Some folks are doing amazing things with their kits and sharing that info is key. If you are using this thread to gain the attention of the vendor, then this is not the correct way to go about it. Even if you feel Toni replies faster when you post here, it doesn't benefit the community as support issues exist with every vendor. Same applies for trying to steer potential customers away from said products due to a support issue you are having. Using this thread for your own benefit, vs the benefit of the rest of us, is not only selfish but probably will not result in achieving your objective. In the absence of a true electronic ticketing support system, which I am sure would be welcome addition, please stick with phone and email directly with @FA20Club.com. I am sure Toni will update his Turbo Kit FAQ or other threads if they are able to adopt more efficient support processes.

So, let me put my flame retardant suit back on and grab my half burned pom poms as I turn this back over to the community that makes it valuable in the first place. Treat it like visiting your girlfriends house for the first time. Would you take a dump in the bathroom upon entering, not flush, and not turn the fan on? Or would you just hold it because there is a more appropriate place for it. The choice is yours....

Though my intention was to get toni's attention i can't help but feel that it is an added value to potential buyers to understand the delays one can expect.

Knowing your gonna wait 6 months ahead of time vs being told 3 months then waiting 6 months are two totally different things.

These kits are in high demand, the wait times are getting longer and longer. People need to be aware that adding another straw to this camels back is only going to slow his progress at this time.

in conclusion;

ditch the pom poms and accept the reality....

fa20club is pure Awesomsauce when you have the patience for it.

I never got this issue resolved on my FA20Club tune either. Under certain load conditions it seemed the car would not go out of closed loop and would continue to target 14.7:1 AFR while making over 10 psi of boost.

Yep, advance notice of accurate lead times would have been useful. I accepted the reality that they are a small shop with very limited resources long ago. Pom Pom's are my reality. They came with my self imposed and quickly diminishing responsibility of trying to keep this thread organized and useful.
