Since the debate of uel vs el seems to be opinionated more and more here ..here's a good video that shows the differences of them as both idle and wot through the rpm range. Both Tomei headers too

I've only heard one good reason to get a UEL and that is to get the FT86 SpeedFactory catted header if you don't want to mess with a tune.
