I dunno... The 135I is looking better and better right now. 300hp, twin turbo rwd... The 08s can be found around $25k. The frs looks great and is just the right size but the power numbers are very demoralizing. will need to drive one soon.

No matter how you put it this car needs more features if its going to be priced at 25k. Bespoke, fogs, hids, spoiler, ect should come standard. Add all of those and more and this car could easily become 30k after taxes.

...and that would be the MSRP on the car configured that way as standard. This car is not a sub 20k car as it is configured now. Thats what it would have to be to come with your configuration at 25k

My dealer actually called me today and finally confirmed the price that was announced back on like the 22nd. Poor guy seems not get any information in advance. He also told me that pure price means that what ever the car is listed for on the Scion web site is the price I will pay. Hopefully there will be no markup.
Fortunately the rep that I'm working with and have been talking to since February is a pretty stand up guy. He gave me the same first come explanation and told me there would be no mark up and that the estimated price of $26,030 would be right on or slightly high (for an auto).

Not only that, I was actually treated with respect, versus being tossed around like the dealership that wanted the non refundable deposit and markup.....night and day between those two dealerships.

Generally it seems the dealerships in my area know nothing about the cars, not even the colors. The price and pre-order situation was confirmed just friday in my area.

I think $25k is a fair price. But I'm not going to pay that much for one.

We need an option on the poll that's: I'm going for a BRZ instead.

Toyota also needs to bring the 86 to their brand or at least offer the 86 headlights on the FRS, those FRS lights are hideous.
