I've had higher HP cars before: ('07 WRX Cobb stg 1, '04 WRX Cobb stg 2, '09 STi Cobb stg 2, '04 SRT-4 w/ DBB 50trim) but the last car I had (still have) before the FR-S was a pokey CR-Z. Drive 60+ miles each way for work and you'll change your tune on needing HP pretty quickly.

Very interesting to see the spectrum of cars people have switched from. I cross shopped allot of these cars (370z, Mazda rx8 r3, mustang, 135i, rx7). Makes you feel like you made the right choice when you see all te cars people have been switching from!

My last car was a 2005 Scion tC supercharged 9.5PSI. The supercharger was fun but all around i love my BRZ a lot more.

Oh, you had the infamous 2003 Cobra, sick car esp in Sonic blue. I love the sound and the torque of the big V8 supercharged engines but in 2013 with these gas prices, what I save in gas just about pays for the car note on my Brz. This weekend I drove down to Atlantic city from north jersey averaging about 75-80 and got close to 38 mpg. Also the Brz is a blast to drive, best decision I have ever made. If I can get my hands on an Srt header back exhaust or turbo my Brz the engine will sound great as well.

what's sad is that I came from a 1mz-FE toyota camry 2003, that is 192hp at the crank. This V6 makes less than my current FR-S

EVO X - 400whp, MS3 - 350whp....

the FR-S is a bit of a let down in the power department, but thats where my AVO turbo kit comes in.
