I don't have the article, but I might have read it in wired or endgadget or something. I remember it being a tech magazine. But this article discusses the same subject, just doesn't mention anything about the outsourcing part.

I'm a civilian contracting officer for the Army...did it for 10 years as an airman with the Air Force, now separated!
I'm 32 btw... On a side note: I found out about the ft20 today while getting my tranny fluid changed on my GS300. I live in Germany so I'm not up to date with some car stuff. |
