Ya lets do it. Let's get together a list of things to ask/request/bargain for first.

3. All accessories can be 10% off. however, its best to order it from factory. if dealer have to independently install those accessories, a labor fee will be applied.
4. the first oil change is free. Subaru currently have a 2 year maintenance free promotion, if we were able to get the BRZ before the promotion end, he will go down his list can call us individually to lock in the contract.
5. ext warr discount is open to discussion. he will have to get back with me as to how much he can get it off by.

Throughout the call I can hear his GM yelling at him in the background…. i dont know if this is a show or is she really yelling at him.

according to him. we have 18 members that have put down a deposit for preorder. and we are guarantee to pay MSRP.

BTW i am only bargining on behaves of everyone who have put down a deposit already with them.
Hey buddy, have you already made zee call?

Btw broz, dont forget to take into account the chart here: http://www.edmunds.com/car-buying/wh...icleid=117494& for our price.

Rich called me back earlier today as I wanted to change my trim (from Limited to Premium) choice.

He mentioned that starting Tuesday, he will start calling people regarding accessory option choices.

What'd he say about your changing trim levels? Are you gonna be bumped down?

Guys. just curious. What is your current deal? From reading recent posts, it seems like the 300 above invoice deal isnt happening anymore..?

Just wanted some reference for my canadian group buy

Yeah, that $300 over invoice deal went out the door awhile ago. As it stands, it's understood that those with VON's will get MSRP. We got nothing in writing so we'll have to see when we get there.

It's too late to change he says. However, as it turns out they put in the wrong order for me initially and put me down for Premium all along so it's all good now. If I had wanted the Limited...there would be issues...

Rich just called me. Here's a brief summary of the call:

$28,265 sticker price, which is $20 more than the correct price... $31,069.50 OTD for me (LA County). Because his manager is nitpicky and wants to sell everything at or above sticker price for accessories, he wants us to call him when the car comes in so he can "hook us up" with wheel locks (no carpets though). However, he said he can get us discount on extended warranty, and accessories and parts (10-15% off). He will be calling everyone in our group today, and will be mostly unavailable because he's going to vacation in Panama for the next couple weeks.

He said that although originally I was #10, I might be more "up" in the line, because "he thinks" that mine was one of the first ones to "go in." He didn't have an exact ETA, but says that they will be getting cars between May 1st and November. He did not know if my car would be in the first batch because it's unknown how shipments will work.

I told him that I will be speaking with the guys (our GB) about stuff and we'll contact him very soon. Lemme know what you guys were quoted, and what we should do.

Thx!

hmmm I was kinda hoping for free car washes! I know that's nothing crazy...but there are those times where your around that area and want your car to be nice and shinny! lol

from that...he was also telling me a discount on the warrenty...so i dont know if thats extended warrenty or the factory warrenty that his talking about...cause I always thought the car comes with the "factory warrenty"
