CEL P0351 Ignition Coil "A" Primary Control Circuit/Open

When the car was hot and doing a WOT 3-4 pull at first, then it got worse and would throw the code when cruising and applying part throttle acceleration in any gear. It came back every time I cleared it as soon as I started pushing it.

My Agency Power bolt-in harness bar arrived!

I think unboxing it and removing all the bubble wrap and cleaning up all the packing peanuts took longer than this will take to install in the car, which I'll do later.

Stay tuned for harnesses. I've got some nice 4-points picked out and might be able to get them this weekend from Discovery Parts while I'm at Road Atlanta.

Up at Road Atlanta spectating and volunteering with PCA for the club races this weekend.

Good times with good people. This afternoon's races should be wet and wild!

New rear Centric rotors are in. I'm not sure I'll replace them just yet but I had some Amazon credits to use so I went ahead and got a pair. I can't quite catch a fingernail on the outer edge of the rears on the car so maybe after next track day.

Also I paid $3.12/gal for E85 on Sunday, hoping the prices continue to stay that low around here this summer since I'll be burning a lot of it

Just got scheduled for some time on @TopSpeed Motorsport's dyno on April 14th at 11 AM!

Going to do a few E85 pulls and finally see where I'm at on paper.

200 whp or bust. Make sure you bring a memory stick or USB hard drive and get the dyno run files so you can keep your own archive and plot them how you want in Dynojet's software. Hopefully they can stick a wideband in your second O2 sensor location and give you a good AFR plot as well.

I think that's a reasonable expectation here close to sea level. With 100% E85 in the tank and the FF tune dialed in after a few revisions the car feels much stronger than when I roughly calculated 190whp with the Dynomaster app back when the car still had the stock header and overpipe with a conventional E85 tune.

If the car does put down 200+whp that will be a real testament to the stock front and mid pipe, which I've kept on purposefully out of appreciation for their excellent rasp and volume control when paired with a catless header.

I had a question about your front lip. I finally got around to installing the same front lip you have and I'm having an issue with the fitment on the sides. I wasnt able to put screws through the second to last holes from the ends and the ends of the lip that start to wrap around the sides of the front bumper aren't flush against the car and it doesn't look very good. How did your install go? Did you run into any of these problems?

Thanks
Jon

There's a very small gap on the sides of mine as well but I haven't addressed it yet since it's barely noticeable. I think it can be made flush by drilling holes and fastening a couple extra screws through the back side of the lip, going straight into the fender liners.

Nice work on the build, thanks for putting this all together. I'm subbing for daily review. And I've only looked at the first page.

That's not a bad idea! Were you able to get screws through all of the holes? The way the second to last ones from the end looked, there was no way I could screw them into the bottom of the bumper so I'm not sure if maybe I didn't position it correctly...

Yes I was able to use all the supplied screws and fasten them in the pre-drilled holes on the lip, though I could have used a couple more screws if I had them.

Fresh Nano-particles with 8800 miles on the clock.

Yum.

Side note: Schroth harnesses and hardware have been ordered and will be in early next week.
