I went to Subaru of Glendale around Dec 2012.

Dealer: *With Armenian Accent* Trust me. The BRZ is better than the FR-S. It
handles much better.

Me: I'm pretty sure they're about the same.

Dealer: No. This one is better.

Me: Well... I'm going to end up changing the suspension anyways, so it doesn't even matter.

Dealer: No. Trust me. This one is better.

Me: What makes this one handle so much better?

Dealer: Everything under is different.

Me: Sigh... So about that $7000 mark up. Can you get rid of that?

Dealer: No. But only for you, I will let it go for only $5000 mark up.

Me: Ok. Bye.

"you must do donuts in that thing."

"what?"

"yeah, in the snow. Like in a parking lot in the snow."

"That's not going to be good in the snow..."
"I don't plan to find out, I kept my Jeep"
"RWD isn't good in the snow..."
"My Jeep is RWD too and it's great in the snow, especially in 4WD"
"Aren't all Subarus AWD?"

This usually proceeds until the point I want to smack the person...what part of "seasonal car" they can't understand, I'll never know...

The best interaction was when a high school kid was walking by my office as I'm getting in the car. He stops and says "WHOA! I LOVE YOUR CAR! YOU GOTTA TELL ME HOW FAST IT IS!" I kinda laugh at his reaction and say it's not really that fast. He has a confused look on his face so I continue, "Some men have big powerful cars to compensate for a small ****. I have a big **** to compensate for my small car."

Windows down on warm day, first in line at a crosswalk, ~18 year old "boy" walking with hot girlfriend:

Him: "It's no Cayman"

Me: "Beats your bicycle". Then pointed at the GF and said "You'd look good in it" that drew a big smile from her but a bigger frown from him.

Trash pick-up guy came up to me and asked "How much horsepowah?"
Then I said "200"
Then he said "but it has 2 pipes"
Then I said "........"

What a day.
