It's slow.... then I take a corner and they stay quiet..

There's a lot of misconceptions about the price and speed.
I blame impecable styling.

I had an old hag cut me off in an accident zone. I flipped her off as I detoured down a side street. She actually followed me around the block to a QT...I needed to refuel. As we traded insults, the only thing I could make out was "That's why you drive an FRS!" I replied "that's a lovely POS you're driving!" ( a Ford Windstar minivan)

..overheard a conversation a guy and his girl were having about my car. they knew I was in it. She asked if it had a turbo, he said no. So she said, so you mean that this car we're getting into is faster than that car? ...didn't hear the guys reply...it was a f'ing VW crossover...lol...

A obviously gay guy on a scooter at a intersection stop told me my FRS was cute.

ah i finally remembered what mine was. I was at the dealership looking at the FRS and the sales manager came over and gave us the usual talk etc. I told him i already knew about the car since i drove my friends brz in autocross. With a blank stare, he just looks at me and says what's a BRZ. Now i know i should have just walked away and gone to another dealership, but we were already there, so i bought it.

Should've said "...it's the Subaru-branded twin that I'm actually now going to buy instead :thumbsup:" and march to the neighboring Subaru dealer.

"Nice Nissan!!" True story, I was speechless and frankly offended!!! :)

Oh, you got the Subaru version, so it's turbo and AWD right?
