I'm pretty sure Cf6mech was the first doing a built motor, taking compression down to 9 (maybe 9.5, can't remember offhand). I also heard a rumor it popped after building it. That however, is only a rumor. He likes to keep his stuff quiet.

Hopefully the stock axles and transmission can handle the power output.

I have definitely considered just swapping in lower compression pistsons and rods to get some more power.
Crawford ran low comp pistions and engine shat itself at 400WHP on pump.

Engines fine,...the cat that is retained in Accelerated Performance kit crapped itself into the turbine wheel destroying tolerances/the turbo,....upgrading to a Garrett GTX-R turbo minus the cat now,.....and yes besides Crawford and the Robert Stout race team car, mine is the only forged FA20 that I know of. 18 psi boost. Latest upgrade was Drive Shaft Shop axles that are rated up to 500hp.

Dons kit is advertised as retaining stock cat for emissions,...when he went to higher hp numbers he doesn't state if it is still retained......guess we found out otherwise.....but yah it went south. No biggie, time for upgrades without it. Still working out bugs and breaking new ground,....kind of why I keep to myself on build.....the wise cracks from others un-boosted......once you reach close to 400whp this car is a little unsettling unless your going in a straight line or a drifter, not my cup of tea....working on that solution now.....later!

I'm not a race team
I'm running CP Pistons, 8.9:1
Rods too.

Although I am dragging, drifting, and tracking (plan to) the car here in Atlanta now. Was in Houston Texas before.
