No subs, it's just tiny. All the battery and brake fluid reservoir and stuff is located back there. It is really deceiving and small for the car. Not that I hardly ever complain about a performance car, but the evo is really one of those cars you don't gain much from other then seating room and AWD of course. Interior was the cheapest crap I ever owned other then recaro seats. Saying that it is also one of the fastest cars. You don't feel concede though even all controls off. I don't want to bash the car. It's just different. I a, too used to cars that are like a scalpel and surgical with each move. The evo is a brute meat clever. All my cars I owned get you around a track and down the road faster then what is legal. Just in a different way.

well the fast car i has was a 96 Hyundai accent with a 2L tiburon engine and a custom turbo setup.. the car was pushing 325-350whp and the car was stripped weighting in at 895kg with a full tank of gas..that thing was really fun to drive but never got great times at the strip because i was running street tires .. but trap speeds were around 130 next i had a 98 r/t coupe neon running a srt4 turbo which was near 300whp ... then got ridof it for a new genesis coupe 2.0t in 2009 .. swapped the stock turbo for a gt30r .. full bolt ons, injectors and a haltech ecu .. the car pushed over 400whp on a mustang dyno.. later i had an accident with the car and after that it never felt the same .. i sold all the parts and sold the car bone stock in november for a white 2013 brz .. i miss the power of the GC, the high speed stability and the forgiveness of this car when doing stupid things but i like the fact that the brz is a smaller car, lighter and its a really fun car to drive .. handling is also a bit better than the gc once you have decent tires on it. my car is stock as of yet but i have lots of stuff waiting to be installed right now so stay tuned :P

Have you ever driven a GT-R in anger, much less a pretty heavily modded one, like my old car? No boating involved... Lol

What do you think about your decision? I was looking at 370's before i bought my FRS. Gas killed that idea for me, but they have way more power and even stock the exhaust note is pure sex

I had an E90 M3 but we bought a house. One deployment later and I can afford a BRZ. The M3 definitely wasn't even close to the most powerful car I have owned. I do like the BRZ, but getting passed by V6 honda accords while trying to merge onto the highway is kind of annoying.

The last vehicle I owned was a '96 z71 but that was just used for hauling stuff and mudding. But the real jump in speed was from my kawi zx-14, 207 hp 490lbs

My 240 whp civic is about a low low 12 second car. Really fast when paired with the gearing I had. I do miss being able do a pull against other cars... But whatever. I plan on selling the civic ASAP.

I couldn't be happier. Seriously. I've seen a lot of debate between the Fr-s and the Z, but to me it was an obvious call. The Z was a great car, don't get me wrong. It had a lot of power and a great stock exhaust note haha. But the gas mileage, road noise, and "absence while driving" really got to me. What I mean by that is that the Z removed me from the car and made me feel as if it was in control. With the Fr-s I feel like I'm in a hug with the car and I find it very rewarding to drive. Plus the Z was a lot more expensive. So... The Z had more power and that's about it. Literally everything else the Fr-s won in my eyes. The back seat, the comfort, the gas mileage, the handling... I have a Berk exhaust on it right now and even the exhaust note of the Z can't beat it. I say all of this because my mother bought a Z and I can compare them pretty easily haha. I really could go on for hours about how happy I am with this car.

I just test drove a mustang gt (again) and this is pretty much my same conclusion as well... But that engine. Very nice.

Love the fr-s though hands down in all other areas really.

That being said if I wanted something I would just rev out and drag race all day I'd buy the mustang but I'm taking a liking more to road courses. Hoping to hit one this year.

Wow very different spectrums for two cars that track well. Hows the change?
