When I had to remove one front rotor to replace a wheel stud, I had to bash it with the 4lb. sledge more than any other rotor I've ever removed. For a newish car, I could not believe how much hammer the rotor required. I just checked and I already have M8x1.25 bolts in this assortment in my tool chest. I love when stuff pays for itself https://www.harborfreight.com/725-pi...ray-67624.html

We have too. It's the only way to get through that thick head of his.
This took me about 10 minutes to type out that sentence with out sounding like ---......I mean with out "hurting" some ones "feelings" or sounding "mean" I "hope" this makes you "feel" "better" "humfrz."

Tell us more about how Centric and StopTech are unknown in the German car aftermarket. Because they're all over the most respected names in the business like Bimmerworld, Eurosport, APR, FCP Euro, etc.
EDIT:. On second thought, don't bother..

Sure if the first car I see is some crap econobox with light braking systems. Even then the majority will not be visible. Not my first car but I never judged my cars on ease of seeing pads anyways. You would have just given up on cars completely in the drum brake days I guess.
