Nicest looking exhaust from the photo's. But here's what counts;

Three questions for SRT from a potential buyer because from reading this thread I'm concerned.

Communication -Ive seen several concerns so I tried calling, no answer and voice mail is full for the past 5 days. Is anyone answering calls and emails?

Returns- What is your policy? I see a lifetime warranty but when does that come into effect? What about the drone? Isnt that a warranty issue as it was advertized as "zero drone". And was the drone, which is a major issue for me, ever resolved?

Finally, have all the pre order guys got their exhaust? It doesnt sound like it, so when will some be in stock for others to purchase? Or are they all made on order? If so whats the turn around?

Thanks

What #? I called 1-301-982-4600 and just tried again.

What do they screening calls? Maybe they dont like Canadians.

Are you a pre order still? What do you think about the drone issue even with the larger resonator? Or are you part of the louder the better crowd?

No They are very kind to our Canadian, but I think they are very busy with their product building. I am within the pre-order. On dyno this exhaust is very impressive, I cannot stand the drone but larger resonator should kill most of it.

I can't get ahold of them or a response either and they have my money. Extremely frustrated, I wouldn't do it again.

You can buy mine if I have to take it, I've asked for a refund.

Well, I didn't start it with just the overpipe only, but we did start it after we added the midpipe that removes that cat and the small resonator.

Here are some pics to hold you over until the videos finish uploading, which they are now. The driving videos will be up later. I want to watch them and do some editing.

The videos should be done in 20 minutes or so. The driving ones will be later tonight.

They ran into some issues with the exhaust for autos. (piping hits the tranny, they didn't have a auto to test fit) which is also why they put their intake on hold.

If you look at civicdrivr earlier post you will find that SRT is a pretty small company and the unexpected issue is prob holding them up. I know that it seems they aren't very help on the forums but give them a call. Talking to Mo you can tell he cares about customer service and sounds like a really nice guy.

I also don't really have any issues with the wait as I want a quality product especially if its going to be my exhaust. Hell I waiting over 2 months for my 5axis spoiler and they are a much much larger company and there was no and I really do mean NO communication between the vendor and me until I started to really really bombard them with PMs, e-mails and phone calls.

I think it should also be noted that because of the "suppose" drone they are changed their product to satisify the customer and at no charge, they also asked us which tips we want which is a nice touch as well.

I recommend calling closer to the morning. I find they alway answer around that time.

Maybe because you asked for a refund? I'd hope not but what did they say when you asked for a refund? This is something I'd like to know.

Don't you just love the way it sounds? Mo said he was going for an exotic sound, and I think he hit the nail on the head.

Maybe I'm a difficult customer but I'd call that a requirement not a courtesy. The product didnt perform as advertised and they wanted to make changes after orders were placed. Glad they did it but no extra points in my books.

Definitely! I think it sounds awesome! I have yet to take it on the highway, but I was cruising at 50-60mph on the way home and didn't really notice any drone. Yes, the exhaust is louder at cruising speed than the stock exhaust is, but . Isn't that to be expected? My trail rig is a 93 4Runner with a 22RE with basically a strait pipe and a flowmaster 40. You want to talk about drone. Drive that...lol
