Some of it is Chase's artwork too I think, but if his head gets any bigger, it won't fit in the front door, so lets keep the praise to a minimum.

FWIW, mine did arrive a little dinged up... There were two chips in one of the cylinders. I'm not worried about it although I'll likely touch it up. I also noted that one of the ball studs nearly pierced my box.

Having switched from one of the other kits, I've gotta say theirs was packaged a bit better. The struts were bubble wrapped and packed more tightly into a round tube.

That being said, I'm definitely happier with your product! :happy0180:

I think I can answer in confidence that we are not ready to take on that challenge just yet. You don't want to see me try and sew up something, and I think my days of making FRP and CFRP parts are over.

I can say that you will hear about what comes next when we start asking our customers for input again!

Mine arrived yesterday.

Car gets here at the end of the month.
It will be the first mod my BRZ receives.

Would definitely recommend the 10mm bolts be replaced with something longer. Not sure if I didn't tighten down all the way or something, but one of mine ended up getting pulled out/backed out, so I bought longer bolts and haven't had any issues since.

I would also agree on the packaging, it seemed a little loose in the box when I got mine.

Past that, amazing product and I can't wait to hear what you guys come up with next!

My only gripe, long as we're being honest, is the instructions. Video was just a reading of the paper ones. There's not TOO much brain power, it was fairly straight forward to play with and figure out what went where... but I can see them being confusing for non-inclined people.

Ex: Show a picture of the rubber piece in the end, no question which way to put it in.

More lego-ish instructions or some close-up shots on the steps :P I was like "I've built a motor and this is way more a PITA..."

Still, parts are aaaaaaawesome.

To add to this, if the brackets were already attached to the struts, it would be even more consumer-friendly (and would have likely avoided the first shipment snafu, if a sample was tested as part of the process).

I understand it helps to save costs though, so no biggie.
