They were running the intercooler when they had the 335 kit installed in their shop car with e85. I almost bought it from them.

Revised MAP sensor plate to fit both sensors. IAT sensor is a type that is long enough to extend into the manifold so is fast reacting to charge temps. Just rewire the IAT part of the MAF wiring to the new sensor.

If you lived closer to me I would pay you to help me do this. No one around here seems to want to help with that but maybe I need to throw $100s at them!

It's where we got the idea from. The sensor we use is different.

Evening All,
Ever since installing the 210 non-intercooled i'm noticing stuttering/hesitation as I accelerate through the power band at moderate pace. The hesitation can be felt at various points from 2000-3200 rpm, but is fine if accelerating rapidly. I had Mike at MotoEast check the logs and he adjusted low-load, load RPM timing. Initially it seemed to help a bit, but I think that may have been placebo. I've checked for vacuum leaks and boost leaks but haven't found anything thus far. Any other thoughts? Should I try swapping map sensors (I have two stock ones)? Reset the ECU? Any other thoughts? I didn't have this problem prior to installing SC, so i'm not sure if it makes sense to be related to spark plugs or injectors? Car runs and idles just fine -- but the random 'torque dips' (as I like to think of them) are making me wonder. |

Just make sure to warm up your oil to at least 150f and it shouldn't stutter after that. Mine does it anytime the engine is cold.

Hmm... Yeah mine is stuttering enough that's it's driving me a little crazy in traffic. The power band unless I'm wot feels like it has at least 3 consistent dips around 2400, 2800, and 3200. I can feel it in the rear Everytime it dips. Hmm...

Dang, I'm on alcohol injection with no IC so I'm not sure I'm ready to run that kinda boost just yet. Such a pity that Raceseng discontinued their pulleys. I ordered a 70mm the other night and they emailed me with an apology. I knew I shoulda bought both of them.
