Thanks @Sivtec these tires just shed heat like it's nobodies business making it hard to get them sticking I dropped the pressures and took some seconds off by adding some heat to them. Me and gem will both be back at west track on the 20th I will be taking it easy because the edge of that track is less than ideal. And I don't feel like doing body work.

I think a few more people got hooked on autox today. Remember, if you hands aren't shaking, you didn't go fast enough.
Ugh
Oh don't worry...my hands were shaking after my last TO run. Took out a few cones but had a great ole time. Thanks to everyone for showing me how it's done!

Sucks I can't make any of these events -- for now that's life with a new baby. But last thursday I lucked out & got to knock off the HWY 191 loop: 9 hrs and 530mi.

Sorry no pics but it really is something amazing.. with hours and hours of sweet turns between Morenci and Alpine. Some snow up high but always dry pavement and the windows down w/ temps in the 60s. Maybe saw 3 cars in 3-4 hrs.

The highway driving does suck on I-10 to Safford, and then at the end there's a lot of speed traps past Globe. About 6 LEO's total on the route including one that had pulled over a Viper outside Tucson.

Also the Salt River Canyon section was a nice surprise. Killer banked turns that I would go back for just do a few times again.

Highly recommended, especially for all you who happen to have the perfect car for the job. For cool roads I haven't seen anything else that serves up the goods in that big a helping.

Taking out cones teaches you what not to do.

So I was just contacted by Radium regarding the catch can group buy and apparently it's moving along very slowly. There have only been two people who've made the deposit. If you're still interested in getting the catch can, please keep in mind that the promotion does end in two weeks.

Here's the link:
http://www.radiumauto.com/mobile/Rad...osit-P291.aspx

Promotion explanation:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...postcount=6616

Radium said that we're free to share this link with anyone anywhere, so if you guys would like to help spread the word please do so (but be weary of admins if you post this on other threads). We could get up to 25% off if we get at least 25 people committed to buying.

Correct me if im wrong but i thought i saw a single exhaust but it looked like ur stock one.?
lol!

Its a completely all custom exhaust from the axle back. I'm using a 3" straight through Borla muffler with a single exit 3" tip. The muffler it self is tucked in pretty good so you really can't see it unless you peek under the back.

I'm running 700cc Deatschwerks injectors with a 290lph fuel pump at the moment which is overkill for my current tune, but I can crank my boost to the moon once I decide to.

The best bang for the buck is to get the Ecutek tune and go E85. Buy a decent intake and then start saving for the P&L or Nameless header, and then grab a nice header back exhaust.

Some other nice things to have is the lightweight crank pulley and buy yourself a Clutchmasters FX100 clutch/flywheel if you arent auto...those two paired together transform the character of the engine. Other than that there's a few things that make sense, an air/oil separator (catch can) is a sound investment, I was skeptical at first but since getting mine, it might just become one of the first mods of any future car I own. Also invest in some Motul or Pentosin tranny fluid if you have a manual, makes a big difference. Other than that theres not much else to do unless you want to go FI
ok so i was looking into this e85 tune and everything. i found this...
http://ft86speedfactory.com/ecutek-e...cable-458.html

talks about the tune, license and cable.

I'm off today, debating if I want to drive around a bit or surround myself with junk food and watch netflix all day.
