Was really bad in the fall when momma kicked the babies out. They would try to come back in and a world class rumble would break out over our bedroom.
Cost a couple of thousand dollars to get rid of them and fix the damage they caused.

They did seem to hang out with a big tree a lot more than you would think.

every time i poke my head up in an attic to do some work, and see what looks like a toddler took a dump in the corners, i fear that i'm not alone.

fortunately, i've always been alone. so far.

I had a possum run right by me and my parked car one night a couple of weeks ago. First time I think I've ever seen one IRL. And a few weeks before that I was running a late night errand and saw a family of like 3 or 4 raccoons all dive into a sewer drain a block from my apartment.

Yay for critters? D:

4 parcels lost in the mail in last month and a half. 1 "delivered" to my front door (which is a lie... checked the video doorbell) the other 3 never have made it through their checkpoints.

I cannot reccomend USPS anymore. That being said UPS Innovations also has lost one.

A bit spoiled with amazon and their 10 stops away and photographing the packages where they leave them.

I had a 5 foot snake in the wall of my previous house. I named it Severus Snake. Originally saw it in front of the house clearing out the chipmunk den. After that, I was moving patio furniture one day and saw a loop of thick black cord hanging out of my siding. Then it moved.

We haven't had any go missing. Ever. And about half comes through USPS. Maybe we are lucky? I guess most of that is through Amazon so maybe that's handled differently?

My in-laws have had problems with their local post office, but that seems like a different problem.

people need their electric worked on, a lot of that electric is in the attic. there's not much that can be done, other than watching for reflective eye's in the corners staring back at me!

there was one house where they claimed to have removed the raccoon's that had been living up in the attic for well over a few years on and off that really scared me-- looked like a toddlers bachelor pad..

and there's been plenty of times where i warn the guy i'm working with that i see some stuff up there, and if there's anything up there, i'm dropping through the drywall wherever i happen to be and getting out! the last thing i need is to make a raccoon think that i've cornered it in a confined space!

We used to have skunks at this place I rented from my uncle. Those little bastards are aggressive too.
