Did you find any around Country Hills? I usually just use Shell because its near my place.

OFT is handy for flashing ROMs and some data logging but the actual map editing can be done with RomRaider or TunerPro. OFT also has some free off the shelf maps to get you started. They are unlocked so if you want to adjust anything you can.
