Austin is on my bucket list. Never been but by its reputation sounds like a fantastic place to live/see.

Albuquerque used to be an inexpensive "cool" place to live but the population exploded in the 90s. I love the Pacific Northwest. Portland is a great town but is also succumbing to its own popularity.

Been to Austin a few times over the years. Pretty decent place except that it is full of Texans.
