At least tastefully modify the hood for functionality.
It just looks like windows on a skyscraper to me.

Oh, Hawaii is part of the states, last time I checked. Maybe you meant "mainlanders"?
Well, here in Hawaii, we refer to the mainland as the states. It's just a term we use. Haha and yes, Hawaii is apart of the states; however, when it comes to shipping, we are not apart of the 48 contiguous states. Instead, Alaska and Hawaii are the outsiders and do not receive "Any" free shipping. So in order for our two states to feel like we are a part of the states, maybe we could be treated like it? lols...It is what it is.

Haha, thought about that many times. Either way, I may be moving to Vegas shorty. If that does happen, I am going to indulge in the "Free shipping" theory.

No, carbon fiber it self is not rice. its all in the execution. Some people have taste and style, some don't. Those that dont truly care what others think, they won't plaster their car photos all over FB and this forum. It reminds me of fatties doing selfies on FB, and they blow up if someone puts a negative comment... Were you that delusional that putting neon under glow, a Ferrari badge or a student driver decal was going to earn you praise from other enthusiasts? or just being "fat and proud" = "its my car and I will ruin it however I like it" a better attitude?

No one is really a inventor of style and fashion, we all get ideas from other builds and put our personal twist in it. its not embarrassing or uncool to use proven methods.

A good rice or non rice question can be answered by your SO or non car guy friend. always ask by saying "xxxx on my car will look kinda ricey huh." you will get a more honest answer, since they really gotta think its not ricey at all to go against you R/NR question.

My advise is paint match the CF, and leave a little to show the CF. Showing a little is always sexier than exposing it all .

Hopefully my parts will start showing up this week and I can just spend a weekend installing.

Im not quite going to your extent, but I think my current vision is going to turn out really well.

Having a really hard time getting the emblems I want tho.... My order was just cancelled again, so I gotta find someone with them instock that isnt charging an arm and a leg for them.

Planning on doing this with my Ultramarine when I get some more cash, regardless of whether or not I get a supercharger/turbo.
Thx for the vote of not ricey.

I've done everything in the books that would be considered rice.

- carbon fiber everywhere
- large windshield decal
- green accents
- big ass carbon fiber wing
- slammed coilovers

And I get nothing but compliments lol. Good thing about this car is the parts can easily changed like an outfit.
