Patent doesn't mean as much as it should, if someone likes it enough they can just have some Chinese company crank them out.
As far as I know no one else has made a rear brace like that for this car, so I believe I'm the first and that enough for me.

I just dropped out the factory header, my flanges fit like a glove. Ports are exactly flush with the ports in the head.

Absolutely amazing fabrication work and attention to detail, cannot wait to see the turbo build up. Plus another one interested for that rear brace once you start producing them

Thanks, I'm trying to approach this build different then my past projects. I have a total goal but I'm building each component one at a time. No rush now that winter is coming and I have a truck to drive.

Manifold is mocked up,

Its a little closer to the oil pan then I wanted but a big priority on the design was to have all the bolts easily accessible and that came out great. All you need is a deep socket and and extension, no wobble sockets needed.

I think it's unanimous, you have to produce that rear brace.

Thanks, Im having fun with it. I think building a kit for a NA car is better since I can do it however I want. Rather then the rotated setup I made for my STI where I had to make it all work with factory stuff again.
